DOST promotes vegetable flour
KORONADAL CITY -- The regional office of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) is promoting squash as an alternative product in making noodles and bread or pastry products.
Zenaida P. Laidan, DOST-Central Mindanao director, said the agency has signed a memorandum of agreement with three local industry players to promote the commercialization of noodles and breads with vegetables.
The global call to save the mother earth is getting sounder, but before anything gets late, The Department of Science and Technology 12 is making its steps to address global warming issues.
Recently, Training on Capability Building on Food Safety and Cleaner Production was conducted among the employees of DOST 12 regional office.
